The personal pronouns are only capitalized at the beginning of a sentence.

it is actually Ich komme aus den USA. The USA are a special case because they are used in the plural form, and plural countries always have to be used with an article. So, in the basic form, “the USA” is “die USA”.
And, later, you will learn that the preposition “aus” requires the so-called dative case. And in the dative plural, “die USA” becomes “den USA”. 🙂 – Ich komme aus den USA.
